I've worked on an Award-winning Film, TV Series, TV Commercial & Web Series PLUS, carved a niche for myself playing gangsters and Mob Bosses. I am "The Al Capone of Toronto!"
I've worked on TV/ Film sets over FIVE HUNDRED times and counting!!! A versatile actor whose on all genres Comedy, Drama, Horror & Sci Fi...and play multiple characters on SIX of them...Cast recently to play 1960s Chicago Gangster, (Sam Giancana's goon), in the 8-part TV mini-series, "THE KENNEDY'S" which aired on the History channel. (http://rickcordeiro.com/kennedys.cfm) starring Greg Kinnear, Barry Pepper, Katie Holmes and Tom Wilkinson...Also played a prison inmate on the Dark Comedy "THE GREAT CHAMELEON" starring Robert Davi & Stacy Keach...a 1920s New York Radio Host on the Crime/ Drama "BURNING DAYLIGHT" starring Robert Knepper & Paul Calderon....a Hired Gun on the TV Docu Drama "NOTHING PERSONAL: MURDER FOR HIRE" airing on Investigation Discovery and hosted by Steve Schirripa of "The Sopranos"....and Crime/ Drama Feature, "WE RUN THESE STREETS" as one of the Leads, Ponzo, a Gangster who runs a Strip club, starring Louie Rankin & Bennie Man. (Credited w/ Stunts in that one as well.)
Other Film projects include the Crime/ Thriller, "LUNATIC" as Mayor John Dunkle...Detective Vincent Lubeck in the Horror "THE ABORTION MATTRESS"...a Sentry named Ben Craven on the Dark Horror, "THE COLLAPSED"...a Satanic Priest/ Cult Leader in the Blood-soaked Adventure Comedy "BLOOD RIDERS"...a Human organ smuggler in the Horror "HUMAN LAB"...a Drunk Farmer/ Rapist on the Suspense/ Thriller "THE ADVOCATE"...a Lebanese Restaurant owner on Bollywood Feature "SURKHAAB"...a Bartender/ Life Coach in the Comedy "BE LIKE ME"...a Father in the Drama/ Comedy "HEART STRINGS" and a Gold Miner in the Horror short "PROSPECTOR'S CURSE" (Credited as Associate Producer in that one as well.)
Also, working on a Comedic Web Series called "METRO POLICE: DISTRICT 51" and playing a Lead in it as Police/ Detective Luca Nutella. (will be Credited as Producer, Casting Director and Writer in this one as well.)
Also, participating on a brand new game show that airs on the FOOD Network called "ICE COLD CASH!" Plus recently worked on Commercials for PIZZA PIZZA advertising their new iPhone application for ordering pizza and ROGERS- WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS PLUS as a Police Negotiator.
Appearing on "THE BEING FRANK SHOW" (Season Finale May 12th) with Host, Frank D'Angelo. Airing on CHCH TV 11 (Hamilton) & CABLE 14 (Montreal). PLUS, "OUT THERE WITH MELISSA DiMARCO" which airs City TV Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnpeg, OMNI TV, OUTTV, PIZZA PIZZA TV Playing role of Melissa's Uncle Gino (Recurring role) talking about Melissa's induction onto the Italian Walk-of-Fame in Toronto & working w/ legendary actor Robert DeNiro.
